A house comes to life once again
Lofy’s Place was born from a simple yet profound desire:
to allow a house, set in such an inspiring and tranquil environment, to come to life once again.
Following the passing of Luxembourgish artist Wil Lofy (1937–2021), his home — once alive with conversations, sculptures, laughter, and the quiet concentration of creation — fell silent. Yet the walls still hold stories. The garden still remembers. The Studio still carries the imprint of hands that shaped clay, wood, bronze, and dreams.
To revive a living space
Our mission is to revive this house not as a monument or museum, but as a living space. To preserve the artistic legacy of Wil Lofy — his works, archives, and the unique spirit of the place — while opening its doors to new voices, new ideas, and new generations of creators.
