About Lofy’s Place
Our team is a multilingual and our common language is English. Courses are conducted in the teacher’s preferred language; however, as they focus on practical work and individual guidance, each course description indicates any additional languages spoken. The website will soon also be available in French.
The Exhibition Space, located on the ground floor, will be accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. Unfortunately, the Studio, situated on the first floor and accessible only by stairs, is not currently wheelchair accessible.
Booking a class/workshop
Bookings can be made via our website, either through the calendar on the homepage or on the Agenda page. By clicking on the “Book now” button, you can view the exact dates and times.
Classes are paid in advance via the booking page using a bank card. Bookings and payments are processed through Momence, which will automatically send you a confirmation email. If you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us—we’ll be happy to help.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in comfortably. Lofy’s Place aims to offer a welcoming environment, and we kindly ask all participants to leave the space as they found it.
Yes. Each course specifies the materials required. Please ensure you bring everything listed, as supplies available on site will be limited.
Yes, participants may leave their materials between sessions, provided they are clearly labelled and properly stored. While we value trust and goodwill, Lofy’s Place cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Unfortunately, due to safety considerations and regulations, courses are currently open to adults only.
Yes, if needed, the booking may be transferred to another person. In this case please contact us with the relevant details.
Booking the Studio for individual practice
The Studio is available to anyone interested in practicing their art.
Yes, artists may leave their labelled materials in the storage area provided the space is left tidy and ready for the next user.
Studio sessions can be booked and paid for via the website/Agenda under “Individual Artistic Practice”.
The Studio accommodates up to ten artists at a time, so you may or may not be working alongside others, but you will be part of a sharing community.
Terms and Conditions
To help ensure smooth organisation, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 72 hours in advance if you wish to change your booking or request a refund. After this time, refunds are no longer possible, but please let us know and we will do our best to find you a place in another course.. No-shows are non-refundable.
At Lofy’s Place, we value respect, care, and consideration. Participants are responsible for any damage they may cause to the venue, equipment, tools, or materials. While we encourage a spirit of trust, Lofy’s Place cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Lofy’s Place respects your privacy and complies with all applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for administrative purposes and is never shared with third parties.
